Policy in the field of quality

The policy of managers of company “Vitrage” in quality area is aspiration to be the leader in this sphere of activity, the willing to create the reputation of a reliable partner, who has specialists of high qualification for faultless fulfilling of the customer’s demands to all range of products, services, organization support, ability to plan the work effectively according to determined demands.

The managers also aspire to achieve and increase the trust to the company “Vitrage” from customers, partners and subcontractors by explaining this policy and the system of quality management.

That is why managers control the system of quality management, based on standard ISO 9001-2001, which is written in the quality guideline and standard of the organization.

To achieve our aims we are guided by the following principles:
• To fulfill the demands of the customer totally;
• To bear personnel responsibility for the quality of It’s works;
• To use own saved experience, including foreign new developments and supplying observance of standards;
• Constantly to pay attention to improvement of professional skills of the employees;
• To conduct constant works on looking and developing new materials, technologies, projects;
• To plan and make works in accordance to demands of normative documents and demands of the customer;
• To control and support an effective organization and system of quality management, which can correspond to coordinated with the customer demands with optimal price of costs. One of the key elements is that every employee or department involved in the process feels responsibility and manages for satisfying these demands.

We constantly work on perfection of the organization structure of the company, which allows the company “Vitrage” to work effectively for preventing the project and customer’s ideas in life. We are achieving that all activities are made legally according to the law, state rules of safety and the terms of work and so on.

We create working atmosphere where effort of qualified and competitive employees to improvement of efficiency and creating good relationships for achieving the listed aims are encouraged .

We achieve that every partner, subcontractor, supplier and so on knows these aims and support them if needed.

To achieve planned aims we make all efforts irrespective of time and expenses, which are needed. Every employee of the company “Vitrage” must work in accordance to the quality guideline and the standards of the company. All managers of the company “Vitrage” must guarantee that in their departments the requirement to the quality must be observed. This guideline is for all kinds of activity of the company “Vitrage” . To achieve planned purposes in the sphere of quality we have a chief of shop – chief of quality service who work on behalf of the director in contact with him. He submits to director. Improvement of the quality management service is controlled by the chief manager.
