Nowadays the Company “Vitrage” is one of the leading producers of PVC window sills in Russia. Our Company is a member of the Association of the Russian producers of finishing materials from plastic (ROSPROMplastic), that includes the largest Russian producers of PVC products.

Inside the Association there are developed the standards of quality, which allows to increase the competitiveness of the manufactured products. The association conducts work on perfection the mechanism of ecological management and introduces for this purpose technologies that respond to high international standards.

The most valuable active of the Association is employees of the companies-members of the Association. In this connection the Company “Vitrage” has a system of professional education, including studying in Universities.

The production capacities of the Company “Vitrage” are provided by the newest equipment of the world leaders of the extrusion industry. An effective system of the quality control and our own laboratory allows us to produce products of stably high quality. The products of the Company “Vitrage” successfully competes with Russian as well as with foreign analogues. Our company conducts an active policy on expansion the range of products and development of manufacturing. The products of the Company “Vitrage” are of high quality and also have attractive appearance, which is provided by wide range of colors.

The development program for 2007 includes building a new industrially-warehouse complex of 12000 square meters of total area, which will allow to increase the company’s capacity, to make the necessary commodity stock and to offer the most profitable terms for the buyers. There is developed and introduced a new logistic system with automated container system of loading, which allows maximum reducing of the time of forming an order and delivering it to the customer. Our history:
• June 1997 г. There is taken a decision that the Company “Vitrage” will start manufacturing window PVC constructions of KBE system.
• July 1997 г. There is signed a contract with the company "FIM TECK" for delivering the equipment for manufacturing the window constructions.
• September 1997 г. There are started in operation first lines of construction PVC windows.
• February 1998 г. There is bought and stated in operation the equipment for construction double-glazed windows.
• August 1999 г. There is bought and started in operation the equipment for construction aluminium designs.
• October 2000 г. There is mounted and started in operation a line for lamination the window profile.
• October 2001 г. There is taken a decision about starting the extrusion manufacturing of the PVC window sills by the Company “Vitrage”.
• January 2002 г. There is started building of an industrial complex for the window sill manufacturing.
• January 2002 г. There is signed a contract with the Company "Technoplast Kunststofftechnik GmbH & Co KG" (Austria) for delivering one extrusion line for the PVC window sill manufacturing.
• April 2002 г. There is finished building of the industrial complex.
• April 2002 г. The complete set of equipment is delivered in Russia.
• May 2002 г. There is mounted and started in operation the first extrusion line of 700 mm.
• June 2002 г. Release of the first party of the PVC window sill of the 700 mm width, laminated by white decorative film.
• July 2002 г. The window sill can be laminated by color decorative films: mahagoni, golden oak, marble.
• July 2003 г. There are bought and started in operation two extrusion lines on 500 and 600 mm.
• April 2004 г. The window sill is laminated by melamine (CPL) film, which has high stability to formation of scratches and is hardly combustible.
• May 2004 г. The start of building a new industrially-warehouse complex with total area of more than 8000 square meters.
• May 2004 г. The window sill is shrouded in a protective filmодоконная доска окутывается в защитную пленку, на которую нанесен логотип "Vitrage Plast" .
• June 2004 г. There are bought and stated in operation two extrusion lines of 600 and 800 mm.
• September 2004 г. There is mounted and stated in operation an extrusion line of 800 mm.
• October 2004 г. The window sill is laminated by acryl (VPL) film, which has high stability to formation of scratches and is hardly combustible, has aesthetic appearance and absolute moisture and vapor resistance.
